Understanding the A2 sight?
Hi all. I have my 16" CAR set to zero at 25 meters which should re zero approx 250 according to my understanding. Battle Sight Zero says to bottom my rear sight on the 6/3, use the larger aperture for 0-200 and smaller for 300 plus. So if I move out to 300 I am to flip to small aperture and dial to 3 on elevation or 4 for 400 etc. Am I correct in this?

Not sure, most operators nowadays use RDOs.

You should keep in mind that zero is designed to hit E-silhouettes at 300 meters (327 yards). At 100yds and 200yds you'll be around 6" and 10" above your point of aim (assuming M193 out of a 16" barrel).

Look up jbm ballistics and run your own numbers. I think you will find these swag's don't work for civilians who want greater accuracy.
