mossberg 500a

plaining on tack-ing out my mossberg any ideas?
wanting to make it shorter and practical for home defence.
money isnt a obstical.

well i suppose buying a bunch of tactical stuff such as 6 pos. stock short barrel maybe red-dot sights ect. just isnt the answer for this shotgun.

but i really wanted to build a cool home defence weapon.

maybe everyone just likes stock stuff.

1. 18" door breacher barrel... not that you need to breach any doors, but it makes a far better weapon with the potato-masher on the end if you need to stab somebody in the face after it's empty:

2. Hogue pistol-grip

3. Surefire fore-end WeaponLite

4. FM Magazine Laser

Sounds like something right out of the Mall Ninja's Guidebook. If he's still a threat after you've emptied your gun, then trying to stab him in the face might not be a good idea because he'll likely disarm you. Remember the line from Blazing Saddles, "Don't shoot Mongo, you'll just make him mad."

20" barrel with extended magazine. Knoxx recoil reduction/adjustable stock. Red dot sight. Fake heat shield. Works for me!
