Sidewinder

Has anyone used the Sidewinder conversion from Knoxx industries? I am considering purchase for use on a Mossberg but would love to hear personal evaluations.

Their customer service is outstanding!

Is one thing I'll say for knoxx industries. I ordered the sidewinder for Mossy 500, installed it, but the mag wouldn't seat right and more importantly, it wouldn't feed worth a darn - definitely turned a reliable gun into an unreliable gun. It would feed almost always when held level or nose-up (or was it nose-down?) - anyway, the other way from that, it would not cycle at all. To their credit, they promptly gave me a return authorization, apologized, and credited my credit card on the return. The gentleman at knoxx is pretty sure I installed it incorrectly. I'm pretty sure I didn't (that is to say, I'm 99% sure that it was installed exactly as specified in the instructions). YMMV. Good idea though.
