C Products Horrible Company
I wanted to see if anyone else besides me was having problems with C Products. I placed a order 6 weeks ago for 3 ar15 7.62x39 magazines and i still have not recieved anything, heard anything from them and now they will not answer the phone or return any of my calls or emails. I have been emailing and calling them all week and nothing. I am getting very very upset and don't know what to do since nobody in that company seems to give a crap about their company or customers. Is there anyone near them or know anyway to reach someone there?

I have ordered from them twice now and never had any problems. There was a long wait of a couple of months wait to get my orders. I didn't think anything about it, due to this was during the Great Ammo, Magazine & Gun Buying Spree of '08 & '09. I didn't worry about it at the time since they didn't charge my credit card until they shipped. I had one magazine for my R25 that wouldn't feed properly which they replaced no questions asked. They were kinda hard to get a hold of, but again, due to the panic buying going on, I didn't think too much about it.

I tend to buy my C-Products mags from 44mag.com. No problems there.

C-Products was bought by another company, no one knows who. There was a large number of people (myself included) who had sent them thousands of $$ for a load of 6.8 mags. We have gotten none. We are getting no answers either. We are probably all hosed.
Nice, huh? |
