Ak ammo alert!!!

I called the local Dunham Sports randomly, and they said "Yes" they did get ammo in for the AK ... $7.99 per box! I picked up 5 boxes, all they would sell to one buyer.

If you check with your local Dunhams, they may have some as well...

7.62x39 is still in good supply at my LGS. Not many people own an AK or SKS in my town. $7 a box. Got some PMC .223 somewhere close for $8 a box. Best deal I have seen since Sandy Hook.

My local Cabelas has 20,000+ rounds of 7.62x39 in Herters & PMC bronze. The Herters is $6.99 per box. There is a 10 box limit though.

I thought Wally World was not going to sell ammo anymore. I will check with them as well then...

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I just called both of my Wally Worlds, and they have no Russian or other cheaper stuff, just Remington for $20.00 a box.

But I will keep trying...

7.62x39 has not been in short supply around here. Not sure on the prices, as I don't have a gun chambered in it.

Can't get any decent .223/556 thought

A different Wal-Mart had Tula for $5.27 (only two boxes on the shelf though, but it was fresh)

I live in the sticks and there is plenty out here. Maybe there is a lesson in there somehow?

No 7.62x39mm, 9mm, or .22LR here.

I occasionally see some .223, but not plinking or defense ammo, usually match ammo or that overpriced Hornady Zombie stuff.

I just can't fathom the hoarding of 9mm and .22LR. I just wanna find some stuff to shoot, but no luck, thanks to the irrational hoarders.
