3 round mag extension for 870

ok, i just bought a rem 870 express 18" barrel that came from factory w/ +2 mag extension. can anyone tell me where to get a +3 mag ext for this model? i don't necessarily want or need one, but just a cursory search lead to none at all. i can't believe that no one makes a +3 for the 18" rem 870, since the mossberg 500 can be had with a +2 extension making for a total of 7+1, rather than the rem 870's 6+1. any info? thanks.

A plus 3 will stick out beyond the muzzle several inches.

Plus 3 extensions are made by Remington, and by Choate.
