Pistol/Rifle range in the Dallas area

Hi guys, new to the Firing Line Forums. I'm from San antonio and visiting Dallas this weekend and looking for a range where I can shoot my pistols and rifle and not break the bank. I'm taking my friend and her two kids (11, 13)and it can get expensive quick.

The websites I've looked at all say no FMJ, and reviews say the Range Officers are pretty strict about it. Anyone have insight as to how this benefits the range?

I'm looking for a place where I can shoot pistol/rifle for one fee, and preferrably not have a Range Officer. I'm a responsible gun owner, and agrown ass man and don't like big brother looking voer my shoulder.
