I initially read it as "it's spring and the followers have bloomed", expecting the thread to be about magazines!

Kinda blew my mind. Those "flowers" are .30 cal Sierra 180 gr Game King RN's shot at subsonic (about 1025 fps). It's pretty cool how the jacket "flowers" when hitting steel and not a typical "fragment" when shot at supersonic speeds.
The jacket in the lower left is actually a 200 SMK notice the smaller boat tail center. The Game King's are a flat base bullet and they are slightly larger. Picked them off the ground directly below the steel gongs.
