ooo-bay, ooo-baby, ooooooooo-baby.
I got to fire this little jewel extensively yesterday and it Rocks.. It is a significant improvement over the standard model. full stick mag in less than 2 seconds, 4 inch group at 5 yards......nasty, but so effortlessly fun... Okay, it still takes some effort and practice, but I could only get about 6-7 inch groups with the old model. When they repeal the GCA, I'll take my 18 with ports! ------------------ -Essayons |

Rob
have you ever fired a Beretta 93? If so, how do they compare? Inquiring minds (and mine) want to know. |

Rob, did you have an opportunity to field strip it and see the insides and if so, how was the slide different?

No, I have bever fired a 93.
Yes, Gary I have seen the insides. You may know that the information isn't "readily available". The reason for that is because the differences are really small and would be relatively easy to replicate, if one was inclined to spend 10 years in a federal pen for the sake of owning a "neat-o" gun. BTW- The 18 also has a slightly different Slide, to keep the G18 top ends from being able to be mounted on Standard frames. ------------------ -Essayons |
