I bought a new Lee and a used RCBS uniflow. I still have the RCBS, it is older and I don't know what drum it has but I get good drops with every thing from small drops of unique to large drops of IMR stick powder. The Stand for the Uniflow is worth it.
By the way I still have the dippers, I used them last night, they come in handy when you are only doing a hand full of loads and don't want to set up your powder thrower. But some day I will be getting an electronic powder dispenser

Get the Hornady, you get a drum for larger calibers and a smaller drum for pistol calibers. They are top of the line IMHO

I have been using 2 bench mounted Lyman 55’s for about 50 years, One for pistol, one for rifle, never a problem.
