Browning 1910 .380

I was reading that a magazine for a Browning 1910 or 1955 in a .380 cal. will also allow allow .32 magazine to hold .380 shells? Has anyone shot .380 shells from a mag marked .32 and fire successfully?

I've shot .32ACP successfully using a .380ACP mag in the very similar Model 1922.

A friend who sold me the pistol told me that the only difference between the mags is the number of counting holes and a very subtle difference in the angle of the feed lips. The mags will often interchange with no issues at all, and it worked when I tried it. If it decides to be fussy, bend the .32 mag's feed lips outward slightly, or inwards for a .380 mag in a .32.

Be aware, however, that 1910 and 1922 mags will NOT interchange due to the heel mag release.

He is asking if you can go the OTHER way, .380's in a .32 mag.

Yes you missed the point, carguychris, a .380 shell in a .32 acp mag is what I thought I meant. Thanks
