I thought this story was funny! Chalk one up for the Old Guy. What struck me was that the story spoke about a "headlock" and a broken "clavicle"...then the BG is taken to a hospital where he is declared dead. What did we miss? Broken neck? Suffocation? Tire marks on 80% of his body?

Yep, you'd better watch out for us old pharts. I don't often CCW, but I've usually got my Irish blackthorn shillelagh with me, and I know how to use it. Oldsters might seem like easy pickens, but some young bucks might be surprised.

There are different kinds/ways of "head locks". There is one from the rear/back that will result in a broken neck, that can be used to take out a sentry.

Maybe only the hospital can declare death in this country?

That geezer has better thank his stars he did this in a country where the cops see a cut-n-dried SD case as it is. If he had done this in NY or DC he'd be in the slammer till he died (and I'm not kidding.) I can see they don't protect criminals down there while we protect them up here ( or at least the East and West coast.)
