There is an original 58cal, a lot like that on, for sale in my local store...

It is BIG for a cap and ball. Yours for the kind tag of $14,500 ...

They said that most of the originals either blew up or chain fired and shot the soldiers hand off

Mister, why do you carry a 45? "Cause Sam Colt don't make a 46."

Thanks for the heads up. I would love to add that one to the collection but funds are short right now. Unexpected vet bills and a leaky hot water tank last week have dipped into the already depleted gun fund. Seems like the last time I bought a hot water tank it cost about $100...what happened? I called the local plumbing store and has told 1K installed

It was an all day project with only two trips to Home Depot, but I saved $700. I still hurt three days later.
