Wtk: Peters Vs Federal ?

I recently found that the lightest load my new 11-87P will
will eat reliably is PETERS heavy target loads
2 3/4 - 3 dr.eq.- 1 1/8oz.shot- 7 1/2 shot (low base).

So can any one tell me why FEDERAL with the Exact
same specs will not ???
Thanks RELODE

Want to give some details on what happens?

Where are you finding Peters loads at still?

Take two shells (non-fired) and a caliper and measure the diameter of the base, mid, and end (near crimp) of the shells. See if there is any major differences. See if you can any major differences between the 2 unfired and 2 fired shells.
