High Capacity Magazine Laws

Just found this on the web, boy I didn't know it was that complicated:

Hi-Capacity Magazine Policy:
No magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds to CA, HI, NY, or MA.
No magazines with a capacity over 12-rounds to Chicago Illinois.
No magazines with a capacity over 15 rd. to NJ.
No magazines with a capacity over 20 rd. to MD.

don't worry

Our newly elected leadership is soon going to make it very simple for "us" (unlike their bodyguards) to understand......

Ohio has a odd law...nothing over 30 rounds. With that said I can walk into any store and pick up the 33rd Glock 9mm mags.

Question for you guys?

If I live in NY and have a 75 round AK drum,(I believe to be pre-ban), could I get in any trouble posting it for sale to another State VIA the internet?

If it is pre-ban it should be fine.

If you think that's complex look at MD mag laws.
You can't have over 20 transferred, but you can own them.
You can't ship in from out of state, but you can buy out of state & bring in your property which is not importing, unlike buying & having shipped to you which is not legal.
