Marlin 336 cast bullet
I'm wanting some cast bullets to reload in my JM stamped Marlin in 30-30. Any idea of a good deer and hog stopper in a commercial cast bullet??

A hunting buddy uses these and does quite well with them.

They do not have gas checks, but with the coating on them, the GCs are not needed.
They are good looking bullets and reasonably priced (I think) and they work good as a hunting bullet. Of course if you are a target shooter, so be it. If you want, they will custom size them as well, but the 0.309 diameter fits his gun good. He shoots a Henry. |

Go here and select 30 Caliber from the list on the left side of the screen and when they come up, look at the 160 FN GC bullet. It is available in 0.309, 0.310, 0.311, and 0.312. These bullets are heat treated to 21 BHN. Very well made and a good reputation as game getters.
