Kudos to ruger
Well I went to tighten up the scope on my 454 casull super redhawk
And the tool ruger supplied broke off inside the screw on the supplied rings. I called ruger to see about how to get it out, they said probably an easy out would do it but let me send you somenew rings and a rreplacement tool in case the ring gets ruined somehow. Amazing service, no hassle no complaints.. Just were sorry let us help. |

Yep very good customer service. I had a problem with a follower magazine on my Ruger America Pistol. When I called after they apologized they sent me two.

First rate company, and that's why I'm a Ruger fan. they've done something similar for me on a couple of different occasions when I had a need over the years. Walthers is another that has done right by me.

I have a 10/22, Mini-14, M77, GP100, MK II, P90, and probably one or two I can't remember, offhand. I've never had a Ruger break. I have also always
heard glowing recommendations from everyone who has used their customer service. |
