RIO 410 2-1/2" Skeet loads: Primers backing out

New (but old/pristine 1979 vintage) REM 1100LW Skeet-T
RIO 410 2-1/2" Skeet loads.
Primers regularly backing out to the point of dropping into the action. Tried two different manufacturing Lots. Same result.
Spent primers were so loose that I could push them in or pull them out w/ my fingers.

AA and inexpensive Estate shells totally normal.

Anyone else have similar experience here ?

'Are you using metric primers?
If you are using Win 209s or similar in a metric hull, the primers are not properly sized for the hull
