S&W .45ACP Revolvers, Model 1917

I have two new unfired S&W revolvers for sale. Both are The Model 22, Model of 1917. Both have the Lanyard Loop on the butt, just like The WWI Doughboys had. Both revolvers are new in the box. Both are chambered for 45 ACP, and come with moon clips. One is nickel, the other blue with Color Case hardened receiver, beautiful. Never fired, new in box. Both come with a holster, and one has the de-mooning device. I am the original and only owner of both revolvers, and purchased them new from my local FFL, that is a S&W dealer. I have both the guns on consignment through my local FFL, Oakwood Guns, on Shelbyville Road, Louisville, Ky, (502) 245-4567. I was recently laid off, so the owner has priced them to move, at my request. I believe that the owner has The nickel one listed for about $650, and the Blue and Color Case hardened one listed for about $700. The owner is a good guy, and I am a repeat customer. He would probably negotiate a little on the price. This is a good opportunity for someone that wants a new unfired Smith & Wesson Classic Series WWI style .45ACP Revolver, at a low price.

I'm not the forum police, gut this should go in the section for buying and selling firearms. I believe you have to be a member for 30 days to do so.
