I used to cross country ski alot, 10-12 years ago... I started rollerblading this summer after a "milestone" birthday ( never really skated before ) this summer, if it hasn't been too hot, I've been been going several hours per week... I've been looking for ways to incorporate something cardio with my shooting... I have a trail around our property, of which my shooting range is on one property line ( we have 180 acres ), been thinking about cross country sking, or snow shoeing around the trail, & stopping & shooting at certain spots, either on my range, or out by the drainage ditch...
though I can't see doing any formal competition, thanks for planting the thought of cool snow in my mind, during a summer of record heat...
