Big Nast Fuzzy's in my 2400

Was loading 44mag with 21.2 gr. 2400 and I always powder check every 15 rounds off the press (progressive press)
I am in about 75 rounds and started to get a 2-4 gr. fluctuation. I started checking every round and suddenly there was no powder being thrown.
███ is going on!!!!!
I pulled my Lee powder measure apart and find a huge chunk of very soft lint in the neck.
I pour the hopper out and find more fuzzy's.
I pour the whole 4lb container through a screen and it was full of these little dust bunnies.
In all my 20+ years reloading I have never seen this.
Has anyone else every seen this?????

Absolutely. That's the kind of thing that causes lot recalls. It is unlikely to cause an overcharge, but with so much 2400 loaded into revolvers, an event where someone is rapid firing the revolver and fires a near zero load, which sticks a bullet in the barrel, then and quickly fires a full load in behind it, is very possible. So this constitutes an authentic hazard.

New loader

I am setting up a new Hornady L N Load press. I bought the power cop die to hopefully help show up inaccurate power loads. Does anyone have an opinion on this die and it's safety value?
