Form 7 Question...

Got the FD-258 fingerprint cards from ATF in the mail today.
When I ordered them, the individual I spoke with at the Distribution Center told me that I would need two per person (so that's what I ordered...).

In reviewing the Form 7 instructions, I see nothing about submitting a second set of prints- it says that the applicant (moi) keeps 2 copies of the application, and the CLEO gets the last one of the four.

http://www.atf.gov/content/Firearms/...7-instructions

However, the Application itself shows the first two sets are for ATF, third for CLEO, and the last for me. Which, of course, makes sense.

Safe to assume, then, that these instructions are incorrect, and I submit two complete sets of applications/prints/photos to ATF?

OK...I lied...adding another question...

Instead of handwriting out three copies of this, can I photocopy them- with the exception of keeping signatures original- or do they insist on all originals (no copies)?
