This was a company out of Bristol, TN that either imported or manufactured a stainless steel Hi-Power for a very short period. I am trying to find out more information about their connection with the Hi-Power.

1) Were the manufactured or imported?

2) How many?

3) If imported, who did the original production?

Fjestad's Blue Book(21st) says: Baford Arms, Inc. Previous manufacturer located in Bristol, TN. Previously dist. by C.I. Reedy & Assoc., Inc. of Melbourne, FL.
Model 35 Fire Power. 9mm Para. semi-auto single action, patterned after the Browning Hi-Power. Total SS construction, 4.75" bbl., combat hammer and safety, Pachmayr grips, removable bbl. bushing, Millett Mk.II sights, 14 shot mag., 32oz.. Intro. 1988 with limited manufacturing until 1993.
Last Manuf. List Price= $550.
100%=$500, 95%=$350.
