Problem with Stevens model 325

When I go to pull back the bolt of the rifle, it slides all the way out. I have a new sear and firing spring but it only help a little. After installing them I have no idea how to fix it

The issue is that the sear does not fully resets after pulling the trigger. No idea why. I don't have enough money to visit a gunsmith.

I suspect that it is not reassembled correctly. The sear may need fitting too.
