Old Pump Winchester 06 Question
Old Pump Winchester 06 Question
Can anyone help to get an age for this Rifle 807049? Its in great condition. Maybe someone can suggest another site that can also help. Is there any value to this rifle? Thanks Ron |

Well according to the look ups on the web your gun doesn't exist.
The highest serial number was 748000 or there abouts. Again according to the intertubes. http://oldguns.net/sn_php/winmods.htm |

.
The rifle could be a Model 1890 (they look a lot alike). http://www.gun-data.com/winchester_Model_1890.htm Serial numbers were picked at random, and large blocks were skipped - so serial numbers will be found as high as 849,110. Total guns produced from 1890 to 1941 is 764,215 . |
