Anyone have the Galco slip on leather recoil pad.

I need more recoil absorbing on my Tikka T3 Sporter but due to the adjustable nature of the stock butt pad I can't replace it with an aftermarket one so I think I'm stuck with a slip on pad.

I like the high quality leather ones made by Galco but am afraid it will be too deep and hit the adjustable cheek rest. Can someone with one of these please measure how deep the pocket is on the top and bottom.

If I can't fit one of these I guess I'll have to go with one of the rubber ones but I have a feeling they would be a bear to take on and off.
