Looking for a cc gun holster

Found this on amazon, Conceal Mini- Right Handed, Black, Springfield XD, XDM, 9mm, .40, .45 - Shepherd Leather IWB Holster, and it works ok.

My biggest gripe with it is how secure it is to my shorts. It seems to flop around a little, and I can't make my belt any tighter. I guess I should mention I have this concealed in the small of my back. It seems to tap my back as I walk, could only imagine what it would do if I was running. My ccw is a springfield xd 40.

Any suggestions for other products?

I suppose the obvious first question is do you have a real gun belt. They don’t have to necessarily be expensive, but need to be stiff enough to support the gun. Secondly, consider moving the holster around some. I found that shifting the location of my holster just a little bit can change how comfortable it is.
