Let's not forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice in 1944.
Isn't this what June 6th is about?

Even after visiting the US cemetary at Omaha Beach several years ago, I will never be able to comprehend even a tiny part of what happened.

For you WWII buffs. Here's the History Channels series in color about WWII. You'll need to have or download the free DiVX player which gives you digital quality movies. You need to have high speed internet too.

I do think about my freedom and I know we would not have it if it weren't for our veterans. It's too bad that many in our socity don't realize that freedom can be taken away it is not guaranteed.
