pa10 308 buffer swap

I swapped to a rifle buffer tube, and a heavier buffer. Other than adjusting the gas block to correct for the added weight (5.6oz) Will doing this affect anything with firing my hand loads? Or am I looking at a total new load work up.

Buffer and tube have literally nothing to do with load accuracy or pressure. Bullet is out the muzzle before that stuff at the rear starts to move.
