Why is that the BHP is such a good looking pistol? These two are, of course, gorgeous, but the BHP has such a graceful shape and proportion.

That's a very good question, and especially when you consider the gun's French heritage.
Those are gorgeous. I definitely need a Hi Power. |

Nice pair of alloys. I missed the boat on these. I could never find one which was in good enough condition to justify the price.

Thanks, guys. I couldn't help but notice one just went for paltry $450 on gunbroker a few days ago. Of course, if ANYONE else had wanted to bid, it might have gone to $750. But it is nice to know they are still available here and there, and do not all go for too much money.

NP3 finish with Spegel Delrin ... ouch !
Not that I dislike Esmeralda work (I have a pair), but don't like engraving of any kind. By the way, what is NP3 finish and his characteristics ? Someone hving experience of this coating on a BHP ? |

NP3 finish? Read all about it:
NP3 at Robar site I would like to get a gun or two finished in the NP3 Plus. It has to be better, doesn't it? I mean, it says 'Plus' Bart Noir

Christian812, you got the grips reversed. The delrins are on the Novak (black) gun.
