responsible gun owners!
every day guns get more and more bad press thanks to criminals, irresponsible gun owners, jackasses, etc, etc. And the obvious reaction to this is more gun control from the government and more pressure from anti-gun groups, i understand their position, but what about the responsible law abiding citizens that follow the law? why is there no incentive for them? i mean why can't they get recognized for it or give them the merit? am i missing something here?
What is your opinion on the subject? |

It's been drilled into people's heads the past 30 years that guns are bad. So anyone that's not LEO or a competitive shooter is 'bad'.
Doesn't matter how many crimes are thwarted by lawful gun owners, they just see the gun as a dishonorable tool. You'll see a lot more press from someone using a bat or magazine rack than a gun. |
