rearranged my milsurp rack last night... I should find a couple stocks...

where would I find this stuff???

K-31 stock, hand-guard & front barrel band, & butt plate

30-40 Krag carbine stock & barrel bands

6.5 Arisaka carbine stock & front barrel band

these 3 are mildly sporterized, the K-31 has the factory stock cut just past the rear barrel band, & the 30-40 & Arisaka both have rifle stocks that have been cut to the carbine lengths

thanks... I think I found a link... I'm OK with any reproduction parts on these, as long as they look better than a rifle stock cut off & put on a carbine...

Krag stocks are like hens teeth, there are for-end repair pieces that you splice onto your stock to restore it to factory length

Why not? A lot of military stocks were pieced together.

Arisakas used to be around fifty bucks, see if you find a junker for around that.

Check, check, check and keep checking eBay. Seems to me I just saw a K31 stock for sale recently.
