anyone buy from Rocky Mountain Reloading??
I am looking at finding alternate sources for hard cast /plated bullets for my 45, 38/357 and 9mm.
I stumbled upon Rocky Mountain Reloading on gunbroker and then found their actual website and e-store. They are claiming some super thick plating that is almost like the normal jacketed bullets. first has anyone bought from them before? If so, experiences on shipping times, delays, customer service, etc... second, how did their bullets perform compared to rainer or berry's plated (or any of the other major plated bullet distributors out there) ? Third, any one recommend any other reputable sources for good plated bullets at a reasonable price.

I picked up some plated .45 230grn RN for them. I am extremely pleased with the product at the fast shipping. I did buy them through a buy it now on gunbroker, which saved me another 3-4 dollars off the website price.
I will definitely do business with them in the future. |

thanks for the reply.
what was the turn around from the time you ordered until you got the bullets? (i got a match in 2 weeks and would need them in about 10 days).

When I bought these 1-2 months ago it was 4 days. I emailed to make sure the bullets were in stock before I ordered, and they shipped priority flat-rate box the next day.

I'm not sure what prices Rocky Mountain is fetching, but Sevens pointed me to Precision Delta. IIRC, their jacketed bullets were cheaper than Berry's plated....
