New gun laws
I just read an article and it was about gun restrictions or something I live in michigan and will it affect me or stop me from buying a handgun when I turn 21 I am somewhat of a gun enthusiast or what're u would like to call it I'm getting it for home defense/ Range

You'd have to be a LOT more specific. Your ramble means nothing, what did you read, what law are you referring to.

If you're 21, you can buy a handgun in any state, as far as I know. You may need some training or an ID card in some states, or a license, but Michigan is pretty good about such stuff.
