Just curious what % or $ off the Midway Birthday discount was and if there were any limitations.

IIRC, it was $10 off for an order of over $100, $20 off for an order over $200, and $30 off for an order over $300, and not for sale items. They used to have random coupons with that same offer pretty regularly, though I can't say I recall one recently.
