I've had good dies in most brands. Redding is my favorite mostly because of their Competition seating die. For about 1/2 the money Forster's benchrest seater is just as good in my opinion.

Reddings type S sizing die offers the use of bushings or the expander. They also offer a carbide expander for those dies.

Have you done a runout SD to compare the two makes with the same cartridge and component lots? I keep hoping someone will, but I don't hold my breath because once a handloader has one of the two dies, he is unlikely to also buy the other. That's the kind of thing shooting magazine budgets used to do for us, but not so much anymore.
