870 Pistol Grip Forend

TFL-ers,

I'm trying to locate the name of, and source for, a particular style of pistol grip forend for the 870. The grip was pretty much vertical, and looked very similar to the forend pistol grip on a Striker12. We're familiar with all the angled pistol grip options, and have played with Surefire's new modular 870 forend for the M900A/KMC/ARMS etc. pistol grips, so I'm not looking for alternatives. Any help with the model and manufacturer and a current source would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
