Still need info on old H&R 28 gauge

Harrington & Richardson 28 gauge CHOKE single shot, break open, with patent date of Feb. 27, 1900. Serial # 117,xxx. I would appreciate any information regarding date of manufacture, scarcity, collectibility, value in excellent condition.
