Kholster for a Glock 19

I just got the subject holster. Seems comfortable enough although I haven't worn it long. I've read some folks modify it. I'm wondering if any forum readers want to share any adjustments they have made. Have you cut the leather or moved the belt clips? Where do you normally carry it? 4 o'clock? 5 o'clock? 2? Just curious what may make what appears to be a decent holster possibly better? Or what to avoid so I don't make a decent holster behave badly?
