I switched from a Glock 30 to a Kimber Pro Carry II and love it. The Glock was too bulky with the double stack grip and with seemed just as heavy as my aluminum framed Kimber. Shortly thereafter my wife dropped her Glock 17 for a 9mm Kimber Pro Carry II. She was sold on the trigger and external safeties of the 1911 platform. Now we are an all 1911 family, the way God intended.
