Identify this Holster, Please!

I just came into possession of a used model 29 that came with this holster. The only mark on it is the closeup 2nd photo which says HANDCRAFTED over an outline of the state of Texas. Any idea who made it? Thanks!

Makes me think of Tex Shoemaker, but he marked his holsters.
