LaserLyte For Ruger LCP

Mounted my new LaserLyte on my Ruger LCP & went down the the range to try it out & sight it in. It's a bright sunny day & I can't see the red dot on the target. Should I wait for a cloudy day or go to an indoor range?

I have sighted many rifles & pistols with a laserlyte. The tool is absolutely worthless outside on sunny days. Since you are using a handgun, try using it inside.

That's what I figured. It's just that the indoor ranges cost more to shoot at. I guess once isn't too bad just to sight it in.
