Potential major impact on 2010 gubernatorial campaign

http://news.aol.com/article/milwauke...it-with/624028

Mayor of Milwaukee was hospitalized due to injuries suffered when he defended a woman and her grandchild from the infant's deranged father.

Sounds like a very stand-up guy. His name had previously been bandied about as a possible candidate for Governor in 2010. You can't buy the kind of publicity this man will (deservedly) get.

And for those who seem to think only Republicans will take stands and put themselves in harm's way, the gentleman is a Dem.

Cheers,

M

'If he was a Republican he would have had his CCW and not been hurt*more chest thumping*'

Seriously though, Kudos for this guy. I hate to endorse off of one action, especially one as politically perfect as this, but the guy can't be all bad.

Since this one is purely political we're not gonna go there.
