I shot skeet by myself today!

Almost none of my friends shoot so I'm always stuck shooting trap. I don't mind much as I like trap not being able to shoot skeet can suck at times. ( I go during the day when the club is pretty empty so I've only been able to shoot skeet twice so far)

Today I decided I really wanted to shoot skeet. So I held the clicker in my left hand and shot with my right. I expected to miss a ton of shots since I was shooting with a large clicker in my left hand. Instead I hit all but 2 of them!

Yep, if it's close, you may find some companions. I wanted to go this weekend, but never made it with all the honey-do lists.

yeah I've done that too except I don't have a club to go or an electric thrower so I tied the pull cord to my leg and shot away. It was agravating to have to walk to the trap and set it every shot but hey, I was shooting.

wacki, I have shot there lots of times. Great range, and great pro-shop too! Like going to a gun show with a trap&skeet range! Kind of a hike from the west side, though.

Yep Wacki, I have shot there a few times, but it's a 3 hour drive for me. I still know some of the guys that shoot registered skeet from that club, I see them when they come around at Kosko for our shoots occasionally. It's been about a year since I have shot there.
