Dillon Customer Service
Some things change and remain the same. Last time a part broke on my Dillon (1999?) I picked up the phone, talked to a nice lady and the part I needed was in a tan envelope in my mailbox in a few days. Broke something last weekend, went to the website (parts diagram needs work ) wrote them a quick e-mail, rec'd one in return, supplied my mailing address and was not at all surprised to see a familiar envelope in my mailbox a few days later.
550 works better than ever, loaded a quick 300 .45 acp's. Just like old times.
