aegis-tactical/ manatee county fl

anyone ever take one of thier courses. its a training co out of sarasota fl. they are coming to a local range and offering tactical as well as ccw courses. i have the ccw but would like to take the tactical with my ar.
wondering if it was worth the time. i think its only 40 bucks so the money cant seem to be wasted. time is harder to come by for me. they say its good for total newbies as well as exp shooters so im somewhere in the middle.

just looking foe some feedback

If nothing else, it'll get you out and get you shooting.

I paid something like $200 for a one day course with Ken Hackathorn.

What are the class requirements? How much ammo? Clothing? Is it all day?
