Assuming you are a private individual and not your own government entity.... not happening.

Take it from someone who owns a USAS-12, it's a niche weapon, you don't want to carry one any further than you have to. USAS-12 are available for between 2.5 and 3k Not a bad bit of inflation when they sold for about 1.1k when new.
