Question about selling a ar15 to a pa resident when i live in md
Hello All,
I am sure this has probably been asked on here before, but I was wondering if someone could help me out with a question about selling a ar15. I live in MD and I want to sell my ar15 to my father-in-law who lives in Pa. Can I just do a private sale or do I have to go through a dealer? ANy info would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!! |

You're crossing state lines, so through a dealer.

Crossing state lines must go through an FFL.

Ask the FFL if they will do the transfer before driving. It is legal but some seem to get wrapped around an axle. |
