If you guys care, Dane Burns is willing to conduct a gunsmithing class in Atlanta on either 3/30 or 4/2. This is strictly for 1911's (because it's the world's finest close quarter combat weapon and everything else is just a wannabe). Cost is only $150 and each participant will get something done to their gun (sights, trigger job, reliability, etc) as well as learning how to perform many smithing jobs. I have a sample itinerary I can e-mail you if you would like to find out what the course entails.
