brolin firearms

Has anyone heard of Brolin firearms. I saw a duo tone 45acp full 5" and the local gun store that has it can't tell me anything about it any input is appreciated.

Haven't seen any guns from them in awhile..not sure if they are still in business..

Remember them from the late 1990s. Not sure if they made anything else.
I know they made 1911 pattern guns, based out of California. I believe Michael Voigt ( USPSA pres.) worked a very short time in their custom shop. Here is a contact that is listed from a Google search:

Brolin..

Brolin went out of business maybe 5/6 years ago..a couple of Korean brothers named Lin..BroLin.. Early guns were really nice, but went they went bust someone bought all the left over parts and put a bunch of junk together..some distributers were blowing them out at $200 bucks each..had my dealer order me 3 of them...1 was super great, the other 2 were turkeys..I did lots of work, and added parts to make them go right..
I`d pass.....
